Today’s guest is one of those! Katherine Shai is a down to earth, real and raw professional mommy athlete. And her sport of choice? Wrestling! Katherine was raised in a wrestling family very involved in the women's wrestling movement. Her father was a three time Olympian in wrestling, her mother a successful gymnastics coach and women's wrestling advocate, and her sister a fellow women’s wrestling National Team member.
Katherine is grounded and also intentional with how she lives her life. And at only 32 years old, she is wise beyond her years. Katherine believes in our ability to manifest what we want our world to look like, and then move in that direction.She believes the universe is powerful and will bring us those good things. She’s had a bit of a rebirth in her early 30s since becoming a mother and has begun things that she never had before, which include modeling which means it’s never too late to start something new.
